Our Story
In 2018, in the heart of Zimbabwe, a bold vision was set into motion. Two dynamic leaders — Bruce Warren and Dr. Cletos Masiya — united with a shared purpose: to revolutionize healthcare delivery in Africa. They co-founded Zarephath Group, the foundation for a dedicated healthcare division focused on transforming diagnostic access across the continent.
As Zarephath Group expanded, the need for a specialized arm devoted solely to healthcare became clear. Zarephath Health was established — focused on the development, production and distribution of innovative IVD Rapid Diagnostic Tests. Now headquartered in South Africa, it has grown into a leading force in Africa's healthcare ecosystem.
Today, Zarephath Health is recognized for rapid, reliable, accessible diagnostic solutions supporting detection of communicable, tropical and sexually transmitted diseases — HIV, syphilis, HPV, TB and more. Through ongoing R&D and strategic partnerships, the company continues to push the boundaries of point-of-care diagnostics in Africa.
